Crosby-Ironton had four players score in double-digits, including two that recorded double-doubles as the Rangers defeated Pine River-Backus 71-52 Tuesday night.
Daniel Hudrlik poured in a game-high 25 points and pulled down 13 rebounds, while Noah Gindorff had 14 points and 11 boards to lead C-I. Jack Silgen and Brady Tesdahl scored 12 points apiece for the Rangers.
The Tigers got 16 points and 4 rebounds from Hank Raph, while Zach Struss scored 14 and also had 4 boards. Henry Krecklau added 10 points and Zach Semmler had a team-high 7assists.
Crosby-Ironton had a 29-20 advantage on the boards. The Rangers were 25-59 (42%) from the field. PR-B was 20-of-41 (49%) overall, inlcuding 7-of-12 (58%) on three-point attempts.
Turnovers were nearly even, with the Tigers having 11 and C-I 10.
